Lakisha C. Brooks

LaKisha C. Brooks, M.Sc., MEd, CDP, is the managing partner at Brooks Consultants and an ATD OrgDev Conference committee member. She is also a columnist for “The DimEnsIons of Organizational Development.” LaKisha has received recognition, winning the Trainer Showdown in 2018 and being honored as a Top 100 HR Influencer in 2021.
